Modicon M340 Ethernet TCP/IP network module in a hardened execution for industrial installations exposed to demanding environmental conditions. The BMXNOE0100H connects the controller to a 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX network through one RJ45 port, supporting communication at 10 or 100 Mbit/s. Its Transparent Ready class B30 services include Modbus TCP messaging, I/O scanning, Global Data exchange, bandwidth management, an FDR server and SNMP network management. An embedded web server provides a Data Editor and Rack Viewer for accessing controller information and diagnostics. The module includes a BMXRWSC016M flash memory card for application backup and standard web server storage. Power is supplied through the rack backplane, with a specified current consumption of 90 mA at 24 V DC. Protective conformal coating distinguishes this H version from the standard module. Status LEDs indicate processor operation, Ethernet activity, network status and system or memory card faults, while a reset button allows a cold restart. The module has an IP20 protection rating and a net weight of 0.20 kg.
