How it works

From fault code to running line

1 · Describe the fault

Email support@growing-automation.com with the fault code, rating-plate photo, machine name and location. The team will confirm whether the request can be assessed.

2 · Fixed-price scope

You get a written scope with a price and a committed date before anything is dismantled. No open-ended labour rates — we quote in INR with GST for Indian customers.

3 · Complete the agreed work

Repair steps, replacement components, testing and documentation follow the accepted written scope for that unit.

4 · Back on the line

Return shipping is tracked and insured door-to-door. For critical downtime we ship a loan unit — a working Siemens S7 rack, ABB ACS drive or similar — while yours is on the bench.

Installed-base mapping

We audit your installed base, flag every line heading for end-of-life over the next 36 months, and hold strategic buffer stock against your specific part numbers so you are never caught short.

Technical validation

Available part references, specifications and testing requirements are documented for buyer approval before work or supply proceeds.
